<description>&#60;p&#62;I just tested it, working fine for me, wampserver 2.x will meet machform requirements by default, in wampserver, all you need is create new folder within &#34;www&#34; folder like &#34;machform&#34;, then you can access to form using url&#60;br /&#62;
