If so, this field won't be populated within the live form, hence there is no default value.<br /> I suggest to simply set the field as normal field (not "admin only" field) and assign "hidden" class name to the field. When I create a hidden field with a default value that I want stored for future reference, the default value is not stored in the entry database. If I unhide the field, then the value is stored. Can that be changed? </p>
