<description>&#60;p&#62;You can't download the examples because the information for them is stored in a database (although they are HTML 'web forms' the HTML is created on the fly when you view the PHP page.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You can, however, view the Machform Live Demo in which you can see the sample forms you're asking about; you can open them in Edit mode and see how they are created, and which form field types are used - &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.appnitro.com/demo.&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://www.appnitro.com/demo.&#60;/a&#62;
