That field doesn't seem to be deleted properly, somehow.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;From your phpmyadmin, check your &#60;strong&#62;ap_form_elements&#60;/strong&#62; table.&#60;br /&#62;
Search for records which have element_id = 28 and the correct form_id.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If you found it, remove that row.&#60;br /&#62;
Make sure to double check the form_id and element_id. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Deleting the wrong record could delete your other form field.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have reworked my form, I have added a checkbox selection with 10 possibilities. After trying to edit a stored record, the following failure appears: Query failed: Unknown column 'element_28_11' in 'field list' ....&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;There is no field 28_11! If I create with phpmyadmin a field ...28_11, the new message: Query failed: Unknown column 'element_28_12' in 'field list' .... appears....&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So, there must be a little bug ... Who can help to fix it?&#60;/p&#62;
