<description>&#60;p&#62;Actually, it is designed that way.&#60;br /&#62;
We implemented this new functionality since v3.3.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Once a person has successfully submitted a CAPTCHA, we can be certain that he/she is a real human, hence MachForm won't display any CAPTCHA for any subsequent submissions.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This is valid during that particular session only, for that particular user. If the person closed the browser or the session expired, the captcha will be displayed again for that person.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have my captcha set to easiest and it doesn't even show on the form or preview.  It did the first form I tested and then disappeared, I checked and it is still set to be on but is not there???  Any ideas?  You can see the form here:&#60;/p&#62;
