<description>&#60;p&#62;OK, to answer my own question.  I found that when you click on the Template Variables, you can then right click on the page to &#34;view page source&#34;.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Scrolling down the window then, I see the list of all the elements and the corresponding field names.  It does not give you the multiple choice options, but at least this is 90% of documenting the database for each form.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Here is a small sample of what to look for....&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#38;lt;option value=&#34;element_24&#34;&#38;gt;First Name&#38;lt;/option&#38;gt;&#60;br /&#62;
&#38;lt;option value=&#34;element_25&#34;&#38;gt;Last Name&#38;lt;/option&#38;gt;&#60;br /&#62;
&#38;lt;option value=&#34;element_26&#34;&#38;gt;MI&#38;lt;/option&#38;gt;&#60;br /&#62;
&#38;lt;option value=&#34;element_3&#34;&#38;gt;Address&#38;lt;/option&#38;gt;&#60;br /&#62;
&#38;lt;option value=&#34;element_8&#34;&#38;gt;Home e-mail address.  &#38;lt;/option&#38;gt;

<description>&#60;p&#62;In the prior version, when setting up e-mail notifications- you could click on the Template Variables and see all the field &#34;element&#34; names and the corresponding field names.  With this, you can easily copy and paste into Excel to create a quick list of all the fields.  This is then very convenient when we connect with Crystal to read the data - we know which &#34;element&#34; is which field.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In this version, the Template Variables is a drop down and you can't just see the entire list to copy&#38;#38;paste it.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is there another way?
