<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm afraid there is no easy way to do this. You will need to do pretty much custom coding for that.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You basically need to modify the &#34;includes/view-functions.php&#34; file, particularly inside the &#34;mf_display_address()&#34; function to be able doing the lookup into the data table based on the user input. I suggest to hire a programmer to do this modification, since it won't be pretty simple changes.

<description>&#60;p&#62;We are going to use the URL parameter option and link the client ID to a form. However, we would like to be able to also have the address information pre-filled out. Obviously, this is too much information to include in the URL parameters. I was wondering if:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;1) I could load this data directly into the table in the database (you can easily export it... is there a way to import in through the backend)?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;2) When the user linked to the form, it would read the client ID and then be able to find the entries in the table and pre-populate the form?
