<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, I believe you can.  The database table for that form will have a second table with the same name followed by &#34;_review&#34;.  E.g.&#60;br /&#62;
ap_form_13&#60;br /&#62;
ap_form_13_review&#60;br /&#62;
In the &#34;review&#34; table, the last field is labeled &#34;session_id&#34;.  Identify which record in the &#34;review&#34; table is hers, copy that session_id, then using the original link that was emailed to her, substitute the old session_id in that linke with the new session_id to create a new link.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I played with that a few months ago and that is my recollection of how it works.

<description>&#60;p&#62;A client has been using the Save &#38;#38; Resume feature several times to complete the form. It appears that she did not receive the email the last time (possible, we have been having email issues). So, if she uses her old link, her form is not completed as far. Is there a way for me to restore her most recent Save &#38;#38; Resume link or somehow see where she is in this process? She is frustrated that she has &#34;lost&#34; all the new information she completed.
