The database table for that form will have a second table with the same name followed by "_review". E.g.<br /> ap_form_13<br /> ap_form_13_review<br /> In the "review" table, the last field is labeled "session_id". It appears that she did not receive the email the last time (possible, we have been having email issues). So, if she uses her old link, her form is not completed as far. Is there a way for me to restore her most recent Save &#38; Resume link or somehow see where she is in this process? She is frustrated that she has "lost" all the new information she completed. </p>
