Make sure your STMP server is correctly specified, or you could try using the default sendmail option.</p> <p>The key part of the error is <strong>Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Swift_TransportException' with message 'Connection could not be established with host smtpout.secureserver.net [Connection timed out #110]</strong> which is to do with the mail server (SMTP) settings, I think.</p> <p>is <strong>"smtpout.secureserver.net"</strong> your actual SMTP server name? Your host or ISP could have changed this. I went and tested my other forms and they all do it. Not good! I have not messed with anything and have not tested my forms in a while so I'm not sure what the cause is.
