A user fills out the form and is brought to the preview page. All of the responses are empty. Going to the previous page, the responses are all there, and after submitting the form, the responses are saved to the DB and the email confirmation is sent--showing all the entries. What is happening? I have not customized anything outside of the MachForms UI. </p>
