First I selected in Machform to just "ask for shipping address". When I do this just the check box comes up that says "My shipping address is the same as my billing address." So the person has to know to uncheck that to bring up the form to input their shipping address. Which is confusing because I never asked for their billing address.</p> <p>The other problem is the shipping address doesn't fully appear on my webpage. It gets cut-off after the second line and does not allow you to fill out the rest of the form or submit. As a test I added billing address and that appears fine. It's just the shipping address. Please help. Thank you! </p>
