<description>&#60;p&#62;I am trying to create a SHOW field based on TWO fields, but the second involve multiple criteria:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;1. Attendance (yes, no, undecided)&#60;br /&#62;
2. Duty Status (active, retired, veteran, guard, reserve)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I want to show a custom &#34;Attire Requirements&#34; if Attendance=&#34;yes&#34; &#60;strong&#62;and&#60;/strong&#62; Duty Status = &#34;retired&#34; &#60;strong&#62;or&#60;/strong&#62; &#34;veteran&#34;.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I cannot seem to get this to work without errors.  I am using a multiple page form, so I don't know if that is causing problems either (one field is on page one, the other on page three).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Help?
