First up have a look at the "Notifications" documentation: http://www.appnitro.com/doc-notifications.

Under the "Send Notifications to my Inbox" you should see (Under "More Options" link) it should give you in the "From Email" box, a drop down of several options including using the "Email" field, if you have an email field in the form i.e. the one the form's user fills out with their own email address..

When you receive the email with that option set, it will appear that the form's user is the sender, and therefore your reply to the sender will have their email address, and not the admin's.

Possibly some changes between V2 and V3 is the reason the solution for V2 won't work in V3.

Hi Yuniar and colleagues,

I'm using V3. Problem: when a form arrives in my inbox and I click on Reply, the form is sent back to the admin of the site and not to the person who filled in the form. I tried the solution you mentioned elsewhere on the forum ('already implemented in V2) but this does not solve the problem.
