1) There is no way to group the fields, but you can hide/show multiple fields using the conditional logic. It should be the same as grouping the field.

2) You can use Section Break for this. You can then edit the theme of your form and change the border property of the section break to "none". So that it won't show any line.

Thanks very much,

Your answer worked great! Looking forward to an answer to the other two questions, otherwise, I really love MachForm. You have all done a great job with it!

Answer to your question 3 above:

Just type in the HTML code for the image.

In the field label box in the field properties, instead of typing in a text label, type in the HTML code for an image, example below, but make it for your own site URL. Experiment and see how it goes.

<img src="http://www.yoursite.com/images/yourimg.png">

That will show up in the form editor screen. Although the label may appear on top of the field box, you can probably manipulate the CSS to make it "in line" (next to the field text box) but I am not sure what code has to be changed for that.

Hi there,

I have a few questions.

1. Is there a way of grouping fields so that when a condition is met, an entire group will show or hide? This is very Important and very much needed when there are lots of fields.

2. Is there a field where we can add just text, similar to the section break but no horizontal rule, or how can we add this?

3. Is it possible to add a small Image Icon as the Field Label. I would like to get a customer's social media links and would like to add the social media Icon instead of text as these are more easily recognised.

Thanks
