The datepickers on the Date Options aren't being changed when you change the data format indeed. We'll need to improve this. I don't think this is a huge concern, probably just a cosmetic change needed to the options screen, but it may create some confusion for those that enter the date manually rather than using the date-picker <img src="http://www.murraywebs.com/date_options.jpg">
