Can you make a sample form or duplicate the one you have so we can test it and see for ourselves the error you describe?

Are you saying that you have control in place (form field properties), so if a user does try to upload a file bigger than the limit you set, they should see a standard error message saying "file is too large" (or to that effect).

There are server settings (e.g. in php.ini file) to set file upload size limit as well, and this might be smaller than your file size setting in Machform, which may cause a conflict, and result in such errors. The php.ini setting might be something you can change, but your host can do it.

Can you post the text of the error message to this forum?

Otherwise, I suggest you open a support request with Appnitro at http://www.appnitro.com/contact.

Hi,

if an error occurs (e. g. filesize) in the advanced upload field, I am not able to send the form at all.
After clicking the form send button, nothing happens and the button is greyed out.
The user has to reload the form, but that means, all entries are gone.

Thanks
