Generally, MachForm is not intended to be used with an already-made form created outside of MachForm.

However, Lazarik, if you know how to insert directly into the "ap_form_X" tables (and make sure to validate the correct data before inserting into the table), then you should be able to use the Entry Manager to manage your data.

This would require lot of extra work though.

If you mean a form made outside of Machform and simply wanting the back-end processing, then no I don't believe it works like that (and is not intended to be used in that way you're asking); it is a fully integrated application where you create the forms from within Machform and embed them in your web pages (using a snippet of code in the page you want the form to appear in e.g. an iframe, or JavaScript or even a PHP snippet.

Hi guys,
upon investigation, it seems that it is possible to put a manual entry into the mysql database under table ap_form_<formnumber> and then have that displayed under "entries" so that you can export the data.

Is it possible to configure an already made form to insert data into this table in order to use the backend functions of machform? (such as export etc)
