We need a simple custom job done on Machform v3.4 (www.machform.com)

1. The ability to assign and edit a unique Field ID for each field of the form. For multi-value fields, such as checklist, each field should be able to hold its own FieldID or be referred to as an array. This Field ID must be available in the saved forms, so that field values can be read by referring to Field ID.

2. The ability to define form logic by referring to Field ID by defining all the conditions as one text file. The format of the text file should be something very simple that can be easily translated into JS used to activate or inactivate the fields in the forms. This will override the logic definitions in the Machform backend.

If you can do this, please bid at https://www.freelancer.com/projects/PHP-MySQL/Machform-customization.html
