It seems the options I've tried all embed "seamlessly"- no background, border, etc, and I lose the custom css (column_2 class) I added to put fields onto the same line. how can I embed the form into a php page, but actually keep all the same formatting that is there when I pull up the actual form page? </p> <p>Thanks!<br /> Carissa </p>
