I want to delete page 5 of 5. There are no fields on this page. When I select the page break area in the from editor there is no delete button at the bottom of the form. There's a red dotted box on the form that says there are no fields on the page...yes, I know that. However even when I add a field I don't see a delete button at the bottom of the form. How can I delete this unwanted page?</p> <p>One additional piece of information.
