There is no provision for showing the email address in a non-editable text field, but you can put that information in the dropdown menu.</p> <p>This requires a little customization of a Machform file. I have a form where user select a name from a dropdown box and in the next text field(not editable) the selected person's email is shown and when the form is submitted an email goes to that person whose name was selected from the dropdown list with other form data.
