I think your page's responsive code is causing the overlap.
Try to put this into your "template.responsive.css" file:

.responsive .art-responsive-embed {
 padding-bottom: 100%;
}

Maybe it's not Machform but something within your site design that causes this specifically on mobile devices. Without being a web design expert I would say your site is primarily designed for desktop/laptop and therefore is trying to resize itself to a mobile phone size screen. Is the template or site's design "responsive" (I think that's the term) design? i.e. my understanding is that responsive design means that, on a basic level, it reformats itself to view reasonably well on any device.

I don't possess a smart-phone so can't really check the site, but I think I have approximately replicated what you describe simply by resizing the browser down to what would be roughly the size of an iPhone screen:

When you say text or form overlapping each other, is the above image something like what you are describing, because, to a certain point, the site re-orders itself according to me shrinking the browser window, but starts 'breaking' when it gets to around the above size.

I have a short form on my homepage that works fine on a PC, but when you pull up the page on an iPhone, the form fields overlap the content below. I have tried adding the form using every method, but nothing works. Here's the link: http://midsouthcolor.com/joomla2/. I just upgraded to v. 3.5 thinking that would help, but it didn't. Any help is greatly appreciated!
