It looks like the spacing between span_3 (city) and span_4 (state) is not as the other ones, which makes City and State closer to the below fields and potentially considering them as the labels.<br /> It can be seen on the demo with firebug.<br /> <a href="http://www.appnitro.com/demo/view.php?id=4" rel="nofollow">http://www.appnitro.com/demo/view.php?id=4</a></p> <p>By removing the class state_list on these 2 span in view-functions.php, it looks better.<br /> I have also added a class 'clear' on span_5 (postal zip code) to correct a layout problem with safari on mac that may have then been introduced. </p>
