<description>&#60;p&#62;You can set the &#34;Label Alignment&#34; property of your form to &#34;Left Aligned&#34; and then set the &#34;Choice Columns&#34; property of the field to &#34;Inline&#34;&#60;br /&#62;
That should do what you need.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;However, the label alignment for all other fields will be affected as well.
