There may be other issues, e.g. simultaneous connections to the database or similar - all to do with how the shared hosting works and is configured. Does this sound like something that might help with the issue I might be experiencing? I assume your users have reported these lock-ups to you? This typically only seems to happen when we have numerous people filling them out at the same time. Is there a limit on how many people can be filling out or submitting a form at any given time?
