Thanks for your response. I realize that you may not be able to add a feature like this soon, but I hope you consider it for some future release in the not too distant future. What I have suggested may not be the best solution to this problem, so I am open to whatever you come up with.

Unfortunately there is no way to do so automatically. You'll need to manually edit the privileges for each user, since MachForm doesn't support "users group". Thank you for your feedback on this.

I'm still using Machform 3.3.

I have a group of five people who are collaborating on forms. I set up one form for the group and gave each of them full access to edit this form and view and edit data from the form. They can all create new forms. But, when one of them creates a new form, only that person can see it. I realize that the way Machform is supposed to work, but it is very inconvenient in this particular situation. When one of them creates a new form, I have to edit the rights of the other four people in the group to give all of them access to the form. I would like to have the ability to tell Machform that when any member of this group makes a form, the rest of the members of the group should have the same level of access to it as the person who created it.

If there is some way I can already do this, please let me know how I can do it. If not, I'd like some way to designate a group of users who can allow the other members of their group to see the forms they create to be added as a future feature in Machform.
