I'm having the same issue. I haven't changed anything with my form, but all of a sudden it is no longer emailing them to me. I double checked all my settings and they are all correct. Why would it randomly stop emailing me the entries??? Plus when I go to that entry and try to manual ally email it, it still won't come to my inbox. Nothing has changed with me email either and it's not in my junk folder. I am gmail. What's weird is I'm receiving all my other forms just not this one… and yes, the seeing are all the same!

Please help!

webgineering -- is the mail server located on another different computer? If this is the case, you'll need to turn off "Local Mail Delivery" on your website server.

Please be patient; don't expect an answer within 4 hours of your posting.

There may be no one available that can answer your question at the current time and also please bear in mind the time difference. If you're in the UK, for example, the time difference is GMT +8:00 UK -> Indonesia (where Appnitro is based).

Has this problem only just occurred and has it worked previously, or is this a new email address being used and has never successfully sent notifications?

A couple of suggestions (if not already tried, and you haven't indicated either way): the recipient may need to check their junk/spam folder if the "sender" email is not on their "Friends" / "Allowed" list.

Also, for some web hosts, if the "sender" email for Machform is not on the same domain (web address) as the machform installation, the host may block the email being sent.

Finally please check the settings for sending the notifications: http://www.appnitro.com/doc-notifications and http://www.appnitro.com/doc-settings#using-smtp. You might have already done those checks but your question doesn't indicate this.

It may be worth submitting a support request to Appnitro, use their contact forum: http://www.appnitro.com/contact.

Hi there

We have been using Machfroms for ages now and love your software :-)

However we are having an issue where we can't get the form to email a certain administrator (admin@), we know admin@domain.co.uk is working as I email them on a daily basis but anything from Machform does not reach their inbox.

I have added my email address to the 'Send Notification Emails to My Inbox' also and I get the machfrom through...

Any ideas on why this is not working for admin@ ???
