&#60;p&#62;Let say your form is having these fields:&#60;br /&#62;
1) First Attendant Name&#60;br /&#62;
2) Address&#60;br /&#62;
3) Second Attendant Name&#60;br /&#62;
4) Address&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;at this moment, MachForm would create a table with these fields:&#60;br /&#62;
1) element_1&#60;br /&#62;
2) element_2&#60;br /&#62;
3) element_3&#60;br /&#62;
4) element_4&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Now, if you need to name it as the input fields, it would be:&#60;br /&#62;
1) first_attendant_name&#60;br /&#62;
2) address&#60;br /&#62;
3) second_attendant_name&#60;br /&#62;
4) address&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Thus, the conflict between field #2 and #4.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also, lot of people are using a large input name. It could be a paragraph or two. That would add more problem.&#60;/p&#62;
