<description>&#60;p&#62;Is it possible to have a attachment such as a PDF form be attached to the email that is sent when someone fills out a form?  For example, I would fill out a form. After I hit submit, I always get a confirmation for submitting the form.  I want to be able to attach a document to that confirmation email. Is this possible?
