<description>&#60;p&#62;Do you mean &#34;Powered by Machform&#34; link at the bottom or something else?  There is a logo/image saying &#34;machform&#34; but you can change or remove it by editing the form's theme and replace it with your own image/logo (also the option not to use one).&#60;/p&#62;
