&#60;p&#62;I am trying to create an 'agreement' form and I would like to setup fields WITHIN the sentence. Not sure if this is possible.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Example as follow:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The services to be performed are agreed to by the mentioned parties, namely, ABC Company and, _______{field here}____________, and the parties agree that the services are to be provided during the following period:&#60;/p&#62;
