&#60;p&#62;The form user puts their name into first name and last name &#60;strong&#62;John Dough&#60;/strong&#62; fields.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Later on in the form I would like it to fill in automatically:&#60;br /&#62;
Example:&#60;br /&#62;
I, &#60;strong&#62;John Dough&#60;/strong&#62; agree to pay blah blah blah
