AMurray analyzed the behaviour correctly and it's expected to work that way.<br /> Why is that, you might ask?</p> <p>We actually made it that way to make things faster for you.<br /> Let say you created a new form and saved it. The next thing you would like to do (most likely, or I can say 90%) is configure the form to send the result to your email. So you clicked the "Emails" menu.</p> <p>When you opened the page, the "Send Notification to my Inbox" will automatically being checked and you can directly enter your email.<br /> This way, we saves you time to check the "Send Notification to my Inbox" and made it totally obvious for new users. Just click the emails menu and enter your address. Pretty simple right?</p> <p>If you need to disable the notification later, simply uncheck the "Send Notification to my Inbox" and don't remove the email address. That would disable it. It is apparently needing the email address there, regardless if you uncheck the send notifications.
