You can put your machform to the shared SSL hosting.
So you'll be able to access it using URL like this:

https://myhostingprovider.net/mydomain/machform/

Once you've done so, make sure to change your "MachForm URL" setting as pointed by wan above.
Also, you'll need to login there and get your new form embed codes.

MachForm will take care the rest

Hi lindsayhart,

You can try to configure in Settings > Miscellaneous Settings > advanced options > MachForm URL
And configure your https:// URL to access your form.

Did I answer your question ?

I am trying to make my forms secure using SSL but being new to this (and not a web designer) it is a bit confusing. I have read posts regarding this issue and I understand:
I need an SSL certificate from my hosting provider (or other supplier)
Machform works with SSL without need of configuration
I should log in to machform using https not http to get the correct form code

My issues are:
My hosting package gives me a shared SSL enabled site of the order https://myhostingprovider.net/mydomain
Can I use this or do I need a separate SSL certificate so I have https://www.mydomain.co.uk
Do I need to upload the contact and booking pages of my website to an https server or does the coding of machform take care of this

The contact form and booking form security is information based not commerce based so no credit card details etc are involved. I just want my clients to have the security of information sent from the forms secure.

Please advise or correct my errors in understanding this. Thanks
