&#60;p&#62;i.e. if using radio or check boxes (or whatever) you can add basically any HTML to the &#34;item label&#34; &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So to add an image use &#60;code&#62;&#38;lt;img src=&#38;quot;full/URL/to/Your/Image&#38;quot;&#38;gt;&#60;/code&#62; to insert it.  Make sure the image is hosted on a web server and you use an absolute URL (starting with &#60;a href=&#34;http://......&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://......&#60;/a&#62; or &#60;a href=&#34;https://&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;https://&#60;/a&#62; if using SSL (which I assume you would for an E-Commerce use.).
