The only way to do so is by adding all those fields into your form and make it hidden by default.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You can then use the conditional logic to display the fields based on the user selection.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I am building Will-writing instruction taking forms which involves taking down lots of names and addresses. Often the same name and address is used multiple times in the same instruction form (which is separated over 10 pages)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is it possible to add names and addresses once they have been entered into a page into list-boxes on subsequent pages thus, saving the user re-typing them?
