[The Emails:Send Confirmation Email to User is not selected.]</p> <p>I simply want to use &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt; for each paragraph and the last two lines for a signature with &lt;p&gt;name&lt;br&gt;department&lt;/p&gt;.</p> <p>When I using this HTML in either of the custom replies, the characters are converted to garbage text. The help icon states the field accepts HTML. I have tried with and without the &lt;p&gt; code. Without simply puts the test into a single paragraph.</p> <p>Help? </p>
