First impression: Great product! Thanks!!</p> <p>Question:</p> <p>Form with several fields .. including "School Address" (which includes street, street1, city, state, zip, country, etc.) -- and -- "Student Address" (which includes the SAME fields). </p> <p>When I download the csv or xls file, the column headers are duplicated - which would make a mail merge difficult.</p> <p>Possible to call subsequent 'Address' header entries "city2" "State/Province/Region2" "Zip/Postal Code2" "country2" ??<br /> OR (solution?)- include the mysql element name in the xls header to differentiate? </p>
