&#60;p&#62;Question:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Form with several fields .. including &#34;School Address&#34; (which includes street, street1, city, state, zip, country, etc.) -- and -- &#34;Student Address&#34; (which includes the SAME fields).  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;When I download the csv or xls file, the column headers are duplicated - which would make a mail merge difficult.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Possible to call subsequent 'Address' header entries &#34;city2&#34; &#34;State/Province/Region2&#34; &#34;Zip/Postal Code2&#34; &#34;country2&#34; ??&#60;br /&#62;
OR (solution?)- include the mysql element name in the xls header to differentiate?
