In addition, I need a per month fee based on the exact number of lines they select AND number of months. <a href="http://usadirectline.com/machform/view.php?id=13314" rel="nofollow">http://usadirectline.com/machform/view.php?id=13314</a> I don't want to force them to select the number of lines and months twice to prvent user error and mistype of months. Any way to do a behind the scenes calculation for my setup fees OR monthly fees? </p>
