<p>I have posted this before with no response, so because I am 90% complete with my order form, pose a question. I am interested in using calculation fields to break down for my customer the subfields of his order (set up fee, line fee, plan charges, all based on a number of months). The overall calculation works great, but could be confusing with a number of items selected. That said, I would be willing to pay to have the javascript to accomplish this. Redityo's answer does not apply to Mach3.5. That said, you might ask "why bother, just get another form software that works for you." I have tried, The look of MachForm is superior to anything I have tried. Examples of MachForm and Ninja Form can be found at my site I am working on. I have tried six others. There is no comparison. Can email me with project request and quote.
