I really can't give you the long explanation here but it is best practice that your menu function even without JavaScript enabled. On your page, if you disable JavaScript, your menu will fail even without machform loaded. On your test page you removed loading of jquery in the head section and you also removed dropotron-1.0.js and init.js. Didn't do anything. Menu system is still not formatted correctly. Wondering if it could be something in the CSS on the form conflict in with the CSS of the webpage.
