You are adding or deleting page breaks, not pages. If you add even a single page break, to create a two-page form, you will see the page break field, labeled "Page 1 of 2" and the what looks like a second page break field (labeled "Page 2 of 2"), but which is actually the Submit button for the entire form. For obvious reasons, you cannot delete that. Unfortunately we've just realized that this will break existing settings for those using port 465. Sorry for this!<br /> The easiest solution is to simply change the port number of your SMTP setting to use port 587.</p> <p>However, if you prefer to keep using port 465, we have a fix for this.<br /> We've updated the package within our member area with the fix. They should be working on it. I'm still having issues with it but I think you might be able to work around it - depending on your settings.</p> <p>For me - I was using "Use Authentication" and "Use TLS/SSL" on the settings page for email. This is the secure method.
