You then set up logic rules (rather than creating separate forms) so that the item you choose from the drop-down results in email going to that person. That would still require some work and effort to build the logic rules but better than as you say, building 200+ forms.</p> <p>However if it is just one form going to 200 people (all at once, or it is just to one person, from a choice of 200 people?) - you can put in multiple recipients in the Notifications options or the Conditional Logic Emails options.
