I've just checked your form and your form seems to be generating codes (iframe code) that doesn't seems coming from MachForm.
Your files seems to be infected.

I suggest to download the original files from our member area and reupload them again, to ensure you are using clean files.
Also, you'll need to check all your other files within your site (not just machform files), to make sure your website is completely clean.

There are a series of issues we're suffering from with a customer that's trying to view our form through a firewall.... There's not much we can do with their firewall, but I'm curious to know what we can do about these other things:

1. We placed the form script code into a HTML document, and everything loads fine. But, their firewall produces this error:
Threat detected
Access to the web page was blocked.
http://automotivedatamedia.com/machform/embed.php?id=56

Threat: HTML/Iframe.B.Gen virus

--Anyone know what this iframe virus is?
--Anyone know why ANY iframe code would show up on the customer's web browser, when we're using the script code for the form?
--If Iframe is an issue/threat to sensitive firewalls and security, anyway to add the form to the browser using NO IFRAME??

Thanks,
