<description>&#60;p&#62;I tried it with two test submissions - both still submitted/saved to the database but only the one with the comment  in the paragraph field sent the email based on the conditional logic rule.  It would seem using &#34;Is Not&#34; operator in the conditional rule with nothing in the value field in the logic rule works well enough.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I would advise you set up a test form and try it first before implementing in your live form.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I've got a field in a form (employee checklist) with a paragraph field to note any issues in.  What is the preferred way to have a notification fired when the field is not empty?  I'm guessing it is to use the &#34;Is Not&#34; rule, and leave the criteria field blank, but wanted to check in to make sure that is the correct approach.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Does the criterea use regular expressions or just literal text?&#60;/p&#62;
