You can already send the submission to the Admin - Set up the notification as described here: http://www.appnitro.com/doc-notifications. Seems to accomplish the same thing as your method (but curious to know why you want to do it that way)?

The method mentioned by @williamansley is here: http://www.appnitro.com/blog-conditional-logic-for-notification-emails (conditional logic to send email notifications).

@mixism: To the best of my knowledge, fields that are marked as admin fields are not only "blind to the user" but also "blind to the form," that is you cannot do anything with admin fields from within the form. (Don't ask me why it works this way, I don't know; but this seems to the case, based on my past experience.) You can work around this by using a non-admin field and making it hidden by adding "hidden" to the "Custom CSS Class" for the field in "Field Properties".

Anyone have an idea why the administrator email field doesn't work?
Thanks

@mixism: If I am understanding what you want to do, you should be able to use email logic in Machform 4 to do this without resorting to hidden fields.

The problem is with the "Field Visible to" " Admin Only" is checked. The idea is after the form is submit and the User send an email to themselves an a visible field a hidden copy is forward to an admin.

I have placed default value in the email box. I would like to send emails when the submit is selected. It appears only to the email if a new email address is placed in the field. Any way to make this happen.
Thanks
