Yeah I did submit a ticket and they emailed me a fix, to stop the situation where the user can double click the submit button. I tested it last night and I could not get it to happen anymore. Hopefully they will release this fix with the next update they make.

I am surprised no one else seems to have seen this issue. We have only had 100 form submissions and it has happened 3 or 4 times.

The fact that this is not happening constantly every time, suggests that it is one or two users that clicked Submit button multiple times thinking the system wasn't sending the submission and results in the duplicate entries and email notifications

All I can suggest, is that you put a Section Break as your last field, just before the Submit button itself, with an instruction such as:

Please click Submit ONCE ONLY and wait for the confirmation screen telling you the submission is successful. This may take a few moments...."

If you need further assistance, I suggest you submit a help ticket to Appnitro. Their business hours are 9 to 5 Mon to Fri (GMT +7:00) - http://www.appnitro.com/contact

Just bought this software recently and using on a wordpress site. We have 2 different 1 page forms. The membership form which has been used by about 30-40 people has had about 3 cases where a person submits the form and it gets posted into the DB twice. We also get a multiple emails about the person filling out the membership form.

Any ideas?
