<description>&#60;p&#62;oh I see what it does, it actually created those as field in the DB like person #1 - firstName, person #1 - lastName, person #2 - firstName, etc. It's not capturing those as records

<description>&#60;p&#62;Looking to create a registration form. The user filling out the form will need the option to &#34;+ add another individual&#34; once they've clicked that option a section containing a 6 different fields is duplicated. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;for Example: I need to register John, April, and Susan.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I enter all of Johns information and then click &#34;Add another individual&#34; This then produces 6 more fields for me to fill in Aprils information. &#60;/p&#62;
