The user filling out the form will need the option to "+ add another individual" once they've clicked that option a section containing a 6 different fields is duplicated. </p> <p>for Example: I need to register John, April, and Susan.</p> <p>I enter all of Johns information and then click "Add another individual" This then produces 6 more fields for me to fill in Aprils information. </p> <p>Is this Possible? </p>
