I suggest not to update that file directly. Instead, use the theme to override any styles defined there.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I see a view.css file in the data/form_&#38;lt;form_id&#38;gt;/css/ folder.  This appears to be the same view.css for each form.  Is there anything that can modify that while editing the form?  I'm just wondering if it is a fairly static file.&#60;/p&#62;
