I have been unable to find a reasonable solution. I am thinking I will have user fill in the form, and at the bottom select one of 2 links (PayPal or Check) and that submission will send all of the filled in data to one of 2 separate forms... from there the form can either be submitted via PayPal or submitted via email... Any other thoughts...? </p>
